I am a loving passionate healer and massage therapist based in the Salt Lake City county hub, in the city of Sandy, Utah. In my practice I combine decades of experience in holistic healing and healthy ways of living.

After healing from chronic pain, hormonal imbalances, and trauma to name a few, I founded Light-n-Love Elevates to support others to reconnect with their own inner knowing life force energies, body, mind and spirit. Releasing old behaviors and taking a look at patterns and elevating your vibration.

With over 25 years of experience in holistic health practices and 15 years building my own healing practice, I won't say I am an expert in all things, but I do love sharing my knowledge, gifts, light & love with you all.
Light-n-Love offers massage, (energy work-emotional release) processes, intuitive coaching, a mentorship program, sound therapy and many other types of modalities to guide guests toward clarity, peace, self-awareness and higher levels of self-love.

Sometimes we don't realize how much we are carrying around emotionally. You are not alone in all of this. Often it takes a team to gain strength, and balance in our bodies. Feeling balanced and safe in the world; physically, mentally and spiritually is freeing and elevating.

Nutrition

Massage
Swedish Massage - 60 to 75 minutes
Includes an assessment!
The actual time for the body work varies as we work intuitively to customize an amazing session for you.
The Swedish massage is given with gentle, loving, nurturing variations of connective, relaxing strokes for total relaxation.
Light to medium pressures.
Hot towels and essential oils included.
Optional emotional energy work to release stuck blocked emotions guided through spiritual intuition. This session may include sound therapy for total relaxation and pain relief benefits.~

Sound Therapy
Using sound techniques as a therapy, I have learned through experience that incorporating tones and vibrations has a calming affect on the nervous system, balances and releases energy elevating your state of being, creating a relaxing blissful experience. By adding sound modalities each session is designed to support you in feeling grounded, centered, and rejuvenated.
Soul Transcendence Mentorship Program
I have created a customized mentorship program to assist and guide you in rediscovering yourself, finding out who you are not and centering into the renewed version of you.
I invite you to walk with me in a journey of self reflection for 12 weeks and awakening your spirit stepping into self enlightenment with clarity of purpose and intention.
In this guided coaching series you will learn healing techniques and remember that you are a divine loving being not separate from
