Sherry is a passionate healer and massage therapist based in Sandy, Utah who combines decades of experience in holistic healthy living. I offer you tools and insights, with a deeply personal journey of transformation in my own life experience. After healing herself from chronic pain, hormonal imbalances, and trauma, I founded Light-n-Love Elevate to support others reconnect with their own inner knowing and life force energy- body, mind and spirit.

With over 25 years practicing natural medicine and 14 years building her healing practice, I offer massage, energy work- emotional release, intuitive coaching, and many types of modalities to guide my guests toward clarity, peace, and self-healing and self-love. I am here to support you and walk with you to address any pain that you are experiencing and your emotional needs. Sometimes we don't even realize how much we are carrying around emotionally.
