Reflexology & Ionic Foot Bath

Reflexology is the practice of applying pressure to points on the feet and ankles that are connected to different parts of the body and chakra energies. This can help to reduce physical ailments, emotional pain, and energetic unbalance.
During an Ionic Foot Bath, both feet are soaked in warm water while an electrode is connected to the wrist. Light amounts of electricity are pulsed through the body, causing toxins and blocked energy is expelled through the feet.
