We start with an assessment to see what is happening in your life, in work, in your body, in your energy fields and in your relationships. (Optional sharing) We deep dive into your emotions, but it's not ugly, it literally is essential. As long as we have stuck or blocked emotions we never can create full balance, & the key to life is balance. How many of us can safely say that we have balance and have all things figured out! Even on our best days we don't. So it often takes a few experts now and then, right?... to offer support and lend a hand along the way. We will look at your health history and I ask you questions about what you want to create in your life and your health!
