Please allow yourself to melt into my heated table as you choose to give yourself an amazing 90 minutes of selfcare and selflove~ This session is given with gentle, loving, nurturing variations of connective, relaxing strokes for total relaxation. Light to medium pressure, combinations of deeper pressures if needed. This session is very intuitive, no cookie cutter massage. I go all in, creating a customized session just for you based on verbal requests and what your body is telling me. Light Effleurage- A gentle, gliding massage technique that will be added through out the session to create euphoria and complete relaxation. Light acupressure touch holding points to balance your energy. This session includes an optional 10-20 minute hot tub soak prior to your massage. Optional bonus: We can talk about & deep dive into your emotional energies to release any stuck or blocked emotions - guided through spiritual intuition and other tools to support you to elevate your body mind and soul. (Completely Optional) This session may include sound therapy for total balance, relaxation and pain relief, depending on what your body is calling for and your lifestyle.~ Essential oils, CBD balms, or Deep blue rub and hot stones are included in this session for total relief of muscle tension.
